The Ape-Men are a race of vicious anthropoid primates that lived during the Late Pliocene and Early Pleistocene and are the earliest ancestors of man.

A whole range of Ape-Men live through the jungles and savannahs of the primitive world of Prehistoria and are related to other Prehistorian apes and a distant cousin of Cavemen, but unlike them, they don't have speech and behave much like other apes despite walking upright. They mostly use stone flanks as tools and eat meat from dead animals. They are often enemies to various cavemen tribes throughout Prehistoria due to their savage non-human behavior and their ape-like appearance.
